I like to think of myself as a creative person and, as such, I tend to reject structure. However, this workbook and planner has just the right amount of structure to give some order to my creative thinking but not so much that I get frustrated or feel "over-engineered" by it. I love the writing prompts and the fact that I can page through and find a section that interests me and work from there. It's flexible and structured, which is ideal! I highly recommend for anyone who has big plans for their own life or work or knows someone who would benefit from a gentle push toward action.

Like many I am always in a constant ebb and flow of trying to figure the right balance between my career and my personal life. I am approaching a pivot point in my career and wanted to be very intentional about thinking through what I want next so I can use it to assess opportunities that come up. This is a great way of doing that - the work book makes you think through key priorities and then maps out how to action them in a very structured way, which I appreciated.

The prompts are helpful and it is organized in a way that helps me have clarity of thought. I like that my RX plan is all in one place and I can refer to it often. I would recommend getting this book if you are feeling burnt out and ready to gain data about your life to make changes.
