Overview
In this episode, Kathy Oneto, founder of Sustainable Ambition, builds on the series that kicked off the year on planning and living a more sustainable+ambitious year. This episode is about checking in on your Q1 progress. How have things gone? What worked? What didn’t work? What do you want to practice next? It’s time to Assess and Adapt to help you both stretch and sustain yourself in your life+work in the months ahead.
This series coincided with the launch of the Sustainable Ambition 12-Month Workbook+Planner: Your Life+Work Resilience Rx. Topics Covered
Kathy starts with a brief review of what led to this series and then digs into the Quarter Reviews.
She starts with having you rate how the quarter has gone and then provides prompts to dig deeper and better diagnose what about your Life+Work Resilience Prescription has worked for you and what hasn’t.
She closes the review asking:
What one thing could you adapt that would make the biggest impact?
What one thing do you want to practice?
What habit do you want to implement to support you working your best?
What one thing will you try this week?
Kathy ends with sharing her own experiences this past quarter, her biggest aha, what’s worked for her, and the elements she’s practicing with to optimize her ability to operate at her best.
She then encourages you to listen back to Episode #45 to get prompts to help you plan your Q2. It’s time to Aim for your April, May, and June and get into action. She also reminds us to put monthly reviews and the Q2 review on your calendar now. Plan to check-in and see how things are going so you can optimize as you go through the quarter.
