Below are Conscious Ambition Tips for downshifting.

Right Ambition:

Honor to move forward. I appreciated this reminder from my coach… When you downshift from a big ambition, indulge in pausing for a ritual to honor what you’ve accomplished and mark the milestone.

Right Time:

Get fiercely focused. As James Clear wrote: “You’re not focused enough unless you’re mourning some of the things you’re saying no to.” It's okay to miss out. Another way to look at this: indulge in subtracting. What can you stop doing?

Right Effort:

Indulge in slowing your pace.... in the radical acts of stopping to pause and do nothing at all. Sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is simply be present in the moment.
