Jessica works in the field of sustainability, and regularly sees firsthand how building resilience is critical for impact practitioners who carry the weight of, and champion, making change in the world. As she says, “You can’t drive change from an empty cup.”

Jessica Marati Radparvar is an entrepreneur and strategist on a mission to help impact leaders drive bigger, bolder, more sustainable change. Through her company Reconsidered, she creates resources, teaches courses and consults on ESG strategy and communications for leading brands and organizations—all toward a vision of a more thriving, just and resilient world. Jessica has an undergraduate degree in History from Princeton University and received her M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She draws inspiration and motivation from her native Chamoru and Italian roots; her upbringing in Guam, San Francisco and Rome; and her toddler son's magical view of the world.
