As another form of a check-in, use a self-coaching guide to coach yourself or others on optimizing their Sustainable Ambition in the moment.

Finding the sweet spot between pursuing ambitious goals and sustainable living isn’t always easy—it requires attentiveness and adaptability. I recommend scheduling regular check-ins with yourself, at least once a quarter, to see how you are doing and to adjust for sustainability.

That’s why I created this self-coaching guide as one tool to use yourself, or even to coach others, on Sustainable Ambition at a particular moment. Use the questions whenever you want to assess how you’re doing with sustainability across your life and work. They’ll help you notice what’s working well and where you might need to adjust to maintain your energy while focusing on what matters to you.
